What affects the price
- What you are seeing
- Ants, mice, wasps and bed bugs are each a different kind of visit; say which, and how many.
- Where it is
- A nest in a soffit, mice in a detached garage and bugs in a finished basement are priced differently.
- House type
- Square footage, a crawl space or a stone foundation, and outbuildings change the work.
- Follow-up visits
- Some problems are one visit; others are a plan with a spring, summer and fall stop. The company explains which.
