Who we are
Lakeshore Pest Pros (lakeshorepestpros.com) is an independent marketing site. We are not the company that does the work. Questions about this page: [email protected].
What we collect
- If you call the number on this site: your phone number, the time of the call, and any voicemail you leave.
- What every browser sends when it loads a page, such as your IP address. Our hosting provider handles this.
How we use it
- To pass your request to the local company so it can reply.
- To answer your follow-up questions.
- To keep a record that the request happened.
Who receives it
- The independent local company that takes your request (we name it on this site once one is working with us).
- Providers that process it for us: Migadu (email), Twilio and Google Voice (phone calls and voicemail), Cloudflare (hosting and the form), and a notification service we run ourselves that sends us a short alert about each request.
Those are the only recipients built into how this site works.
Phone calls
Calls to the number on this site are connected through an internet phone service and forwarded to a phone we answer. If nobody answers, you can leave a voicemail. Voicemails are recorded and automatically turned into text.
Third-party content
Pages load fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com), so your browser contacts Google when a page opens. We load nothing else from other sites. The pages and the form set no cookies and run no analytics or advertising scripts.
Removing your information
- Email [email protected] with the subject "Remove my information".
- Include the phone number or email address you used, so we can find it.
- We reply to confirm.
- We remove it from the systems we control within 30 days, and we ask an independent local company to remove it too.
We may keep a note that a request was made and handled, without your message.
Retention
We keep your request as long as needed to pass it on and answer follow-up questions, and remove it when you ask.
